Christopher Daniel

Christopher Daniel is one of the most decorated criminal defense and white-collar attorneys in Alabama. He has been admitted to practice before all Alabama state and federal courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. His practice includes state and federal felony offenses, death penalty litigation, and white-collar and regulatory investigations.

Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Daniel has been featured by both Birmingham and B-Metro magazines. Daniel has also received the following accolades:

Daniel is a lifelong resident of Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2008 with a degree in English. He attended Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and graduated in 2011. After law school, Daniel received his MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He received prestigious awards during his academic career.

Daniel currently lives in Birmingham and has three children. He is a member of Canterbury United Methodist Church, serves on UAB's Arts Advisory Board, and is a Trustee for the Daniel Foundation of Alabama.
